Very well designed. Couch is facing tv, which is hung at correct height. If you wish to eat while watching tv there is a table directly behind the couch with bar stools. Attached garage is great for those with a car but it also makes a great place to dry laundry so you're not tripping over it trying to squeeze it into the room. Walk-in shower with the tap easily reached without having to step in getting wet while waiting for the water to get hot. Actually has the handiest place to hang the towels when getting out of the shower rather than draping over a sink or a toilet. View of the water out one window in the bedroom and view of city out of the other window. Owners responded quickly to inquiries. Claire even took me on a walk in a nature reserve the day I arrived. Very good location. Places to eat close by and withIn reasonable walking distance to Florida Road for even more choices.

If you're craving space instead of a cramped hotel room, for the same or even better price as a standard hotel room, this place is phenomenal. Add impeccably clean, beautifully, and comfortably furnished, and a veranda with a view of the water. And then you have Lisa and Nick who are so warm and genuine about your comfort and providing any help or answering any questions. I've stayed here twice. The last time 3 or 4 weeks. I lost track because I was enjoying it so much. There are many places to eat within a couple of blocks. ATMs half a block away. Very comfortable neighborhood. You're able to let yourself in and out through the gate which I consider a big plus. Rather than having to wait for someone to open it. There's a mall within easy walking distance with a grocery store. A relaxed, lovely place.
