It really felt like we arrived to stay with long time friends. Bobby and Dierdre went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. Many thoughtful little extras.

The accommodation is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, including a washing machine, air fryer and a great coffee machine, which was a really nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding, and although I’m quite particular about pillows and brought my own, the mattress itself was excellent. The hot tub was a good size and a lovely feature, and the views are beautiful. The setting feels peaceful and serene. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Communication was excellent and any questions we had were answered promptly via WhatsApp. The location is also great, just a short drive into Hermanus but far enough out to feel calm and quiet, with shops and everything you need close by. Overall, it was well priced for what was offered.

really warm hearted, welcoming staff! We had an apartment with a small private pool and sea view. It was amazing!! So sad to leave after just one night. We loved Hermanus! Could spot some whales just 1 minute walking distance from the hotel :)

We loved our stay at the Marine. The staff was terrific, the food was excellent, and it was a great way to relax after a 17 hour flight. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is very tastefully decorated and it is just a short walk from the sea. The owner was nice and even gave us an upgrade. It is quite impressive how the owner managed to create multiple accommodations on the same property, while our accommodation still felt very private and unique. The area felt safe walking back from the restaurants in the early evening.

Wonderful & spotless hotel where any guest is truly invited to relax. Gorgeous rooms with panoramic views to the ocean, well equipped from the whirlpool in the rooms, to the little biscuits and chocolats available, to the options to watch Netflix directly setup. The team running the hotel is beyond fantastic - special mention to Dean who has truly made our stay special with his impeccable service, positive attitude & attention to detail (we got our own private dinner on the balcony!). Highly recommended hotel.

The property was in a great location, super clean and amazing facilities. Our room was lovely and we could see the sea. Roelou made sure the hot tub was suitably warm for late night dips! Breakfast was delicious and all the people working at the property were kind and welcoming. We had an amazing BBQ with the other guests on New Year's Eve and that was certainly a highlight of our trip to SA. We will definitely be back!
