From the moment you enter you fall in love with this place. They treat you with a warm welcoming like a family member, share stories and help you plan everything you wish during your stay. The rooms are extremely large, colorful and well equipped. I asked for a vegan breakfast and they made me such a kind breakfast full of ingredients that I felt like a king. We also sat for coffee and tea during the night which made me feel like home :)

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, I was really happy about my choice and would go back with no doubt. The room was nice, clean and had enough space, the hotel is well located and a few minutes away from most touristic places. Loved it.

My recent stay at this wonderful hotel in Gyumri was nothing short of exceptional. Each morning, I looked forward to waking up to the mouthwatering aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a delightful spread of local and international dishes. The variety was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. From the fluffy omelets to the scrumptious pastries and the refreshing fruit platter, everything was made to perfection. It was a fantastic way to start my day and fuel my explorations of the charming city of Gyumri. The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy for me to access many of the city's attractions on foot. The vibrant atmosphere of Gyumri's downtown area, with its unique blend of history and modernity, was just a short stroll away from the hotel. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Gyumri was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service, delectable breakfast, and convenient location. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Gyumri. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful city.

The apartment was very clean and neat. We loved bag-chairs :) And the main perk of the house is THE BATHTUB! You will not see bathtubs often in Armenia. Also the owner is hospitable, friendly and willing to help. The location is a bit far from centre, but there is a supermarket and a good diner in 2 minutes walk..
