Perfect location if you travel by car and your goal is (just like ours) to sightsee Grossglockner pass and its surroundings as well as the highest parts of the Austrian Alps. Spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment, perfect for 2+2 family, very comfortable beds. Amazing view towards picturesque waterfall and the Grossglockner summit. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood (which was one of our priorities). Communicative and helpful hosts. Klaus, once again thank you for all of your recommendations. You really helped us to effectively spend our week in the Austrian Alps. And of course we won't forget extra wood for the fireplace. It was a great addition to the cool May evenings making them much warmer and romantic ;-)

Amazing owners, when my son fell ill, I got help from the owner of the property, including an offer to drive my car to the doctor. Wonderful view from the balcony, rooms very clean and tasty breakfasts. The kindness of the owners was the key as guests we felt taken care of in a perfect style. I recommend a wonderful place

Exceptionally roomy place - we had a full apartment for us with 3 rooms + kitchen. Fantastic location and views, relatively near to Heiligenblut ski resort. Just bear in mind it's a farm with cows, so sometimes you can hear them and smell them during the winter, when they are not out on pastures - but that's what we love on farms :).

Excellent quiet location with nice view on the valley and a pretty small church. Perfectly renewed interior, fully equipped kitchen, spatious rooms, high quality giant matrasses. Friendly and helpful owners with extensive local knowledge and local interest.
