Sharlynn by the River is in a beautiful and peaceful setting and sitting outside on the private verandah was an absolute treat. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. The provided breakfast food was excellent and plentiful - we had more than enough for our two breakfasts. Pam and John were very welcoming hosts as was Charlie.

Fantastic place if you like wildlife. Right in the heart of the rainforest we watched birds on the balcony eating chopped fruit, sugar gliders eating tree sap in the night viewing area and saw and heard various animals. Very comfortable and tranquil place.

Great place to stay! We were with kids and it was wonderfull. The staff are nice and helpful, the place is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and feels like home. All is clean and tidy. The rooms are very good as well.

A highlight of our stay was being greeted by the ducks, Arnie and Danny (as we coined them). What a way to start our stay 😊 Absolutely flawless accommodation with the most incredible views from every angle, along with THE most amazing property to explore. The tranquility of the creek running into the waterfall and the stars!!! Wow the stars. Great supply of firewood for the various fires across the property, and the homely touches of homemade soaps, coffee pods, honey and plants throughout, were just perfect. It was great to meet the gorgeous Lizzie on our way out of the property too. Lovely lady and fantastic host 😊 Thank you
