The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and warm. The hosts were wonderful; they were very friendly and always helpful. The homemade jam they provided us when we arrived was delicious. Neuchatel was very easily accessible either by car or by train. I would definitely stay there again.

we stayed in this beautiful Manoir for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. very relaxing atmosphere, very clean, great private spa and a very nice dinner with fantastic fondue in a private setting (great in these special times now) together with the hospitality and the beautiful area around (fully recommend to go up the hill to enjoy the great view from Tete de Ran or Vue des Alpes), its proximity to charming Neuchatel, make this place perfect! we definitely welcome back again! The apartment is exceptional. It is situated right in the middle of the old town with really convenient access to shops, restaurants, the beautiful lake and public transport. The apartment is finished to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. The host was very helpful and accommodated special requests.

從火車站出來走路不到十分鐘就可以到達酒店，從酒店走路到湖邊十分鐘。酒店主人是一堆夫婦，人非常的熱情，雖然是共用的浴室和洗手間，但是足夠的寬敞。很推薦居住。

Location is perfect. Easy to reach by car, parking place at the hotel, or to a public parking very close to the hotel. The hotel is in front of the lake and close to the city center. Perfect to enjoy a nice walk around. The room was very spacious with a lake-view balcony . Bathroom was big and clean, with a bathtub and a shower. Staff is very nice and welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel.
