This place is amazing ! We enjoyed everything starting with the climbing halls offering so many routes, the exterior heated swimming pool, the sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was lovely and staff, both at the reception and the restaurant, very welcoming.

Magnificent location overlooking lake and mountains - if you have a room on that side of the hotel, otherwise overlooking the road. View from the dining room is, however, beautiful. Restaurant is good for dinner and the breakfasts are great.

Very attentive to our dietary needs (gluten free/celiac) and five star food. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Great hiking right out the door.
