Great traditional house with lots of charm and updated features.

We have just spent a perfect week at Orchard View Cottage. If you want peace and quiet and to be away from all the crowds, this is the place to stay. The pool was for our own use with loungers and a shady area and with a lovely view. The village of Maroni is extremely quiet with one taverna called Piazza Maroni (a varied menu) and one small shop for provisions. Unfortunately The Old Coffee Shop was closed the whole time we were there. There are various tavernas not too far away e.g.The Tochni Taverna and the Retro Bar but you will need a car and a reliable SatNav as a lot of the small roads aren't sign posted and some of the road surfaces aren't brilliant. The quiet coastal resort of Zygi is about 8 mins away by car and Limassol is 20 mins. Melanie is lovely, very helpful and we enjoyed our occasional chats. Although she lives next to the cottage, she did not intrude at all. When it was time to leave we were so relaxed that we wished we had booked for another week. We will definitely return.

A beautiful house in a perfect, quit location. We had a wonderful time, Maria was a great host who not only provided us with some necessities on arrival but who also sent us a long list of recommendations in the area and on the island. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, the pool is fantastic and there was more room than we knew what to do with. The location is a short drive from Larnaca airport, and there are good restaurants and a hypermarket in close vicinity.

Wow such an amazing place! The stuff was great and everything was perfect. As a family they gave us a closed complex that was isolated and private. Also the pool is absloutly amazing. Tochni is such a small and peacefull village with great taverns and nice people (especially Dimitris the neighbor). Amazing experience!!

We loved every second spent there, so quiet and peaceful. The chalet was very clean really spotless. We had fresh eggs, haloumi, water, olives, fruits, vegetables and other stuff in the fridge when arrived. It was very nice gesture. We will definitely be back. It was nice getaway from city life. Beach, tavernas and shops are 5-10 minutes drive away.

The patio and the ceiling-to-floor windows in the living room and bedroom made this place an absolute dream! I could have spent weeks just sitting up there looking at the harbor and the ocean.

Absolutely amazing holiday. We only stayed a couple of days but this flat is ideally situated in Zygi a sleepy fishing village close to Limassol so it was a great location for us. We had a car so we didn't spend much time in Zygi itself other than to go to local beach which is 100 meters from the flat and to eat dinner one night at one of the many fish taverns within a one minute walk. We will be back and next time book a week for sure. The flat has everything you need and is very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and there even was a roof top terrace where we could have our wine or coffee in morning looking out over the boats in the Marina. Parking is right across the street and the WIFI was fast. Highly recommend this flat.
