We've loved everything of our staying. The house owners have been lovely, they gave us a warm welcome and were always there in case of need. The location is wonderful and peaceful, all around woods and fresh mountain air. During our staying the sweet dog Ambra and a couple of super-friendly cats have become good friends of our little dog. The 2-level room we stayed in exceeded all our expectations, plenty of space, very nice large terrace with a gorgeous mountain view, super comfortable beds (so we slept greatly!), the kitchen is very well furnished and we could cook all sorts of food, the bathroom and the shower were very nice and always clean and tidy, as well. We highly recommend Chalupa Ambra apartments.

There is a barbecue area in the garden and the host provides firewood for both: the fireplace and the grill. Additionally, the host can provide a barrel with 15 liters of home-brewed beer as well as home made yogurt and cheeses as well as honey. From this beautiful house you can make trips to many places in South Bohemia, it is a very convenient location for visiting also some parts od Austria. Would love to come back home there.
