We had the entire apartment for our family (10 adults + 2 children). Everyone was so impressed with the size and comfort. The apartment is modern and well maintained. The sofa and beds are very comfortable. A large 2-piece dining room table with chairs easily provided seating for our entire group during meals but could be separated when playing games. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen but we brought paper plates and foil for quick clean up as most German dishwashers are smaller than US models. Not an issue for us but there isn't a freezer with the refrigerator. The apartment is located in a great location for checking out various sites in and around Garmisch. Katharina is a super hostess. She made reservations at the town's restaurant for us and suggested things to do in the local area. She was very responsive to all texts before and during our stay. We would definitely rent the apartment again if the need arises. Thank you Katharina

Marianne is a great host! Thank you very much! The surroundings are very pretty, peaceful and we enjoyed the walks there. The apartment is big and we appreciate that there are two bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. Although we met with mostly cold, rainy days, we enjoyed the warmth of the apartment. It's also convenient to catch buses or the train to go places.
