Great location, 35 mins from Santander airport, easy access to Garabandal, Comillas, Santillana del Mar and Altamira, the coast and beaches and for exploring Cantabria. The hotel is 500m from the local train station which services Santander. Our room was clean , beds comfortable. bathroom spotless. The hotel itself was spotless. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with self service in the spacious dining room. Staff were friendly , in particular Juan, who had good English and was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a good choice of meals, salads, meat, chicken, fish. Looking forward to a return visit, plenty to see and visit in Cantabria from here.

The space was recently renovated, and very attractive. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a short drive to Cabezon de la Sal, but more peaceful, and very near the river. The bed was large and very comfortable. The ceiling is low in some areas but we were careful. The building is old and beautiful. We did not have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant on site but it looked appealing.

Amazing surroundings and better people. 30 min drive to beautiful beaches. Very modern house with taste of the country side. Clean and neat. Very comfortable beds. Mosquito nets on every window so you can leave them open without getting bitten. Netfix, Amazon Prime included in the TV. The host was super nice and helpful. He lend us a cot and bath for the baby without even asking. Overall it is my favourite accommodation I've ever been to and I'll definitely go back. Couldn't recommend it enough!
