Breathtaking castle and land, with so much history … thoughtful renovations and touches of the past at every corner. Friendly, professional, helpful staff from the bell man, to reception and restaurant. Food second to none enjoyed outdoor on the grass terraced area behind the castle, by the lavender and view over the cherry trees orchard. Round Roman pool set in its walled grass field, romantic and relaxing. we simply loved every elements of our experience at Le Chateau de Bagnols. We were traveling with two young kids and they were welcome and treated like little princesses.

Nice, cozy and large rooms, a lovely breakfast and if you like, they can prepare a custom dinner cooked and served by the owner/manager Bruno, a wonderful host and person. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful, peaceful accommodation surrounded by hills, pastures, vineyards and fascinating medieval villages! Our room was spacious and spotless, and it was so quiet at night that we felt the need to almost whisper in our own room! But that only added to the charm. The organic breakfast from the farm produce was delicious. And I can't say enough wonderful things about the owner, who went FAR out of her way to make sure our family was fed and had transportation. The highlight from our two days there was a hike that took us through the countryside and through two of the villages.
