Rosie and Mathew were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a lot of options, many homemade. Excellent location for exploring Brixham.

Decorated and equipped to a high standard. Very clean and good communication with host. Walking distance to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Host was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend it. 😁.

Where we stay was very homely, clean, had plenty of room and even things that you would take yourself was already there. On arrival there was a Easter pack and a bottle of white wine in the fridge.

A really nice, welcoming and friendly place to stay with free and safe parking. Very close to town but also very quiet at night so you can open the windows without noisy people and cars. The bed was very comfortable and firm. It felt like a top-quality mattress. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice, plus the coffee machine is top notch - proper job. I had a two-hour video conference call in the very early hours and Pip (the owner) let me use a private lounge so I didn't keep my partner awake. Oh, and the internet is super-fast too. We were made to feel very welcome - thank you.

We loved everything. The house looks nicer in real life than in the pictures (even though the pictures are nice!) The house has everything you need for a family holiday. The location was perfect. We particularly enjoyed eating on the terrace.
