The reception staff at night. There was a lady who checked me in. Very helpful and friendly. Also a gentleman at the reception who got us drinking water to the room. Forgot both their names. Clear instructions upon checkin. Parking payment seamless. Room was fantastic, had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Room was a good size. The bar and food were great. My son enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful. The location was great too as we could walk to Three Bridges station and get a train into London very quickly.
