Excellent place to stay with a nice balcony. We booked about 20 minutes before arriving and the host handled everything perfectly. Located in the Old Town area (UNESCO site). It is great for a couple of nights while you explore the area. Our room was on the 3rd floor, one flight with a spiral staircase between the 2nd and 3rd floors. Excellent host, and very friendly

I love it! Everything is so neat and clean, the owners are very friendly and sweet, located right in the centre, next to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.Totally recommend.

The room is somehow spartan, but very clean and has everything you need. Anna, the hostess is very kind and super friendly. Breakfast is good and rich. Anna speaks German, which was very helpful for us and eased communication.
