We had a wonderful stay here, most of all because of Ida's sweet hospitality. She was always at hand to arrange anything we needed and is a wonderful gentle hostess. We arranged the snorkling trip with her, and a scooter. The snorkling was the BEST trip I have done, taking us to 3 locations, including lunch and s short walk on the island during which we saw 3 deer within arms reach! I have done a great deal of snorkling in Indonesia and around the pacific and this would have to be the best trip for healthy coral and small tropical fish with large coral and some large fish deeper down the walls (would make for an amazing dive but we didn't have the time). Our room was typical of Bali but with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The place was actually only opened 3 months before Bali closed for covid and they have only reopened in May so all still quite new. It is as the pictures show, with the usual "outside" ensuite bathroom, good air conditioning (a must there as it is very hot) and a great "typical" breakfast. Great value Oh and there is an excellent and SUPER CHEAP warung down the street (Dapoer Chandra).

It’s the cutest little homestay ever! Beautiful rooms with outdoor bathroom and wonderfully decorated garden. Peacefully and quiet! Easy communication via What’s App and super tasty food! We’ve also had one of the best massages on property so far on our trip - we recommend it to 100%! Thank you to Yuda and his wife for everything - we will be back!

The garden is pretty and the rooms are pretty as well. Cool concept for the outside bathroom. They also did make me lak lak in the mornings as I’m vegan/gf and that was so sweet!!

By far the most beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed. It shouldn’t even be called a hostel, it’s like a resort. I can’t say enough good things about this place! What you get for your money is insane and Sumberkima is a hidden gem. The staff are so so sweet and were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, the dorms and facilities are beautiful and the food is out of this world. Wish I could stay here forever, cannot recommend this place enough!

Putu is an excellent and reliable host and manages the Homestay, which is like living on a Bali farm. You get water for free and you can use a washing machine. We were snorkeling with his friend Made and did a mangrove tour with Putu. Both tours were very professional with these friendly guides. We enjoyed our stay at taman menjangan very much and would recommend it to people who don’t need luxurious hotels and yet appreciate clean and homestays and like to experience the more rural way of life.
