Location was beautiful, really got the feel for being on a farm. The Gurteen castle next door was nice to see and the live animals made it a special experience.

The room was incredible - To be able to arrive and sit out on a balcony in the sun was amazing. The room was so spacious with two bathrooms and lots of extra areas to enjoy. Room service was really good too and the staff were so friendly. I'd happily recommend if you needed to stay in the area!!

From the moment I arrived I was treated like a member of the family. I was asked many times if I needed anything to eat or drink especially after my long flight. The staff could not do enough for me. Even with the construction going on, which btw I didn’t mind it’s lovely to see this old house being well taken care of. But if I wanted they would have moved me to the front of the house so the construction would not bother me. The food was amazing, the staff amazing but the house it’s self stunning like stepping back in time. This old house has so much history and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is situated along the river suir. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The rooms are nice, traditionally decorated. Breakfast was really tasty. The hosts were super helpful, they adviced us on finding a restaurant for dinner and even drove our daughter to an orthodontist.
