I recently stayed at ZENNOVA during my trip to ALAPPEY and I must say, it was an exceptional experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff was incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment . The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bedding and well-appointed bathroom. The hotel's location was also ideal, conveniently situated near Railway Station making it easy to navigate the area and explore everything the city has to offer. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the attention to detail and the commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, especially in light of current circumstances. Location was just pristine.... just front of beautiful backwaters and nature....staff were wonderful, special the reception and restaurant staff. Also the tha ks for arranging boat house tour. The complimentary sundown tour is just amazing. Food was delicious too and the complimentary breakfast. Very peaceful resort with authentic southern india house character rooms.

Absolutely superb boutique accommodation, right on the Backwaters... best so far. We had 2 rooms and the very welcome plunge pool. Everything about the place was serene and relaxing. David is a wonderful host, and we enjoyed chatting with him about his experiences in our country, Ireland. Anish was extremely helpful, especially on arrival after our long journey. We did kayaking, and canal tour from the accommodation and really enjoyed these. The location is sublime...right on the river. I'll never forget that sunrise. We enjoyed a delicious home-cooked dinner on the deck. Just book it!!

the family was so sweet and hospitable!! adored them. i could have stayed much longer just hanging out. the rooms were clean and cozy and the AC worked so well I had to turn it off. the location was quite and beautiful! one of my favorite home-stays in India 🥰
