One of the best stay in Gangtok. All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good. Also have a outdoor Bike parking space. From the moment I arrived at The Loft in Gangtok, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The property itself was a tranquil oasis, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My room boasted a breathtaking view, allowing me to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of Gangtok. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and dedication truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend The Loft to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with impeccable service.

The hotel was nicely located for what I was doing. The restaurant is doing really great, and I do especially recommend the Tai-Fai chicken. Sardin Bathia, the manager, was doing her utmost to have all our needs met. The pool is very nice, as well, and the beds are very comfortable. Michael at the bar will do his utmost to fulfill your drink needs, and have a joke or a lighthearted remark for you.

Great place to chill out very comfortable and the cleanest bed sheets of India. Very sunny in lot of common space to have a nice talk to the host or to the guests. Always again. I loved it.

The rooms are good. The restaurant food is very good. The staff is very cooperative. We stayed for Three Nights. They served us Jain Breakfast and the Chef prepared Jain Dinner of our choice.

After three months of traveling all over the country of India, I finally found a quiet and cozy place in this hostel. The staff I very helpful and nice. In the coffee are very often interesting guests from all over the country as singers. The food both in the coffee and in the hostel is very tasty. I can lovely recommend the hostel to everyone. The dogs make the atmosphere even more cozy. They are vaccinated.
