Lost in paradies. We moved just 2 times from the property. To buy few things and we went for a long walk. The rest of the time we spent in the beautiful garden with a great lakeview. The surrounding is very natural, green and quiet. Just a few cars and motorcycles went past. Absolutely lovely place to rest and calm down! Thank's a lot Vilma!

Alessandra runs a wonderful B&B. She is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large with plenty of hanging and shelf space and was beautifully furnished. The bed was big and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and Alessandra made a huge effort to cater for my allergy requirements. The house is in a very good location for exploring Lake Orta and around and is in a very peaceful village. Finally, it is excellent value

Host and hostess are more than friendly! These are the people you wish all the best! Breakfast was super! Fresh coffee, fresh orange juice hand made. Hostess is making the stay a pleasure. Giving you privacy if needed and trying to setup a conversion if desired. Breakfast table has a very nice view on the lake and island. Parking is easy and enough space. Room is very large and new, including a large shower. Room has a balkon with a very good view on the lake, island and mountains. Room has a flyscreen to keep the windows opened. The room has screens to make it dark. Room has been cleaned every day. House is very nice to see and very tidy. If you are fit the footpath to the village is easy (7min walk).For less fit people it can be quite steep(use good shoes!). The footpath is for residential car movements only and is well lit.

We really enjoyed the steam shower in the bathroom and the luxe toiletries. The pool doesn’t have a lake view, but is quiet and pretty. The breakfast is exceptional.

The host was amazing and met us there for a handover of the keys. The location was 10/10!!! Lakeside to the most stunning lake, crystal waters, wildlife. Loved it! I did not want to move out.

Well loved our pretty room under the eaves of this very old, family run hotel. We had a delightful view over the roof slates to the lake and mountains. Room and bathroom with painted walls and a luxury spa bath were much enjoyed. We enjoyed two excellent evening meals in the restaurant overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit. It was so nice just being able to wander out into the streets and piazza of lovely Orta. The staff were very friendly and offered helpful information.
