We were met with a big smile from the host. Room was a good size and clean. Shower was a really good size, no banging elbows on a screen. Our motorcycles were parked in the hosts personal garage. Which was really nice.

Great location with superb views of the nearby mountain ranges, including Gran Sasso. Many beautiful borghi and other tourist attractions are within 1 hour drive. The house is nestled on a hilltop 1,000 meters above sea level, so you will never experience the swelter of Italian summer. The apartment is huge and comfortable, equipped with all amenities. And, last but not least, the hosts whose hospitality and kindness was off the charts.

We adored this place! When the owners are standing outside to greet you in the rain when you arrive clearly they care. We booked for one night, stayed for two. Would absolutely recommend this facility! We ate there two nights and both those meals and breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful. We were always offered more. We were the only ones there and while it was cold and rainy outside in mid May the fire was always lit beside our table in the dining room and the boiler was turned on to make sure our HUGE room was warm and cozy. This is a beautiful old estate lovingly restored with modern rooms that ooze character and charm. We had a huge balcony (unfortunately we couldn't use it because it rained the whole time!). This family knows hospitality and made us feel every so very appreciated and welcome. Mother's Day is a hard one to be away from home but we felt loved here so we stayed an extra night to help me get through missing my kids. Mama came out of the kitchen and hugged me when we left. We could not have chosen better. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We would absolutely recommend this place and would be honored to stay again.

Signor Giano very, very kind and cheerful. Noone has never welcome me like him in all my trips, we felt he is really happy that we arrived and decided to use his accomodation place. Very sincere and honest man. We wish him lots of fun, health and all the Best.
