Family hotels and homes in Osimo

This place is excellent in every aspect. The location is great for visiting Rome, with a metro station about 7 minutes away that takes you directly to the Colosseum. The staff were very friendly and kind, and they even allowed us to leave the car for a while after checkout. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the room is very comfortable and clean. The TV was excellent, with Samsung DeX support, which made it easy to connect my phone and stream content. Everything feels modern and well designed. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was really wonderful

Brand new hotel with excellent staff and a beautiful breakfast.

This is a beautiful property in a prime location. The accommodations are impeccably clean, and the breakfast is generous. Matteo and his family are incredibly welcoming and kind hosts.

We liked everything about Attico Luce B and B. The location was stunning, overlooking the piazza. The room was beautiful and very traditional. Antonella was a wonderful host and welcomed us after a long day's walk. She spent time chatting with us and telling us about the house, and called to reserve a table for us at her recommended restaurant. The breakfast was amazing too. We can't recommend Attico Luca enough, we would love to return. Thank you Antonella.

The mattress was amazing! I have never slept so well in my life! The owners were the absolute sweetest, incredibly welcoming and always available.

The suite at the Palazzo Fiorenzi was an oasis of fresh air when temperatures outside reached over30º. The air conditioning worked flawlessly and really well which is not an easy task in an old palazzo but the owners clearly worked out the right configuration. The bed is large and extremely comfy. The owners are very nice and made us feel right an home. The palazzo is in the center of town and close to all the restaurants and touristy sites in town.

Large comfy layout, beautiful and secure property to enjoy. Wonderful house to relax and spend time after exploring the city and countryside.

Sara was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we were running behind, she made sure to contact us and then waited until we arrived to make sure we had access and were familiar with the facility and amenities. NExt time we are in Castelfidardo, we will reserve our rooms here.

Passa Tempo is a beautifully designed gem with stunning views, where every detail reflects care and creativity. The hosts are exceptionally accommodating, creating a relaxed, communal atmosphere that makes it hard to leave.
