We went for rest and relaxation which was what we got. The hotel was small (only 11 rooms) and most guests went out for the day so we had the pool area to ourselves. The hotel was family owned and run by two sisters who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chef was also very helpful and cooked us a number of different meals away from the main menu as we were there for a total of 10 days and unable to travel elsewhere to eat

Very good communication with the staff. Beautiful accommodation located only 5 minutes by walking from the centre. The room was very clean and had a balcony facing the main street. Comfortable mattress, mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. The staff was accommodating in serving breakfast in the early morning - fresh croissants, milk and cereals.

Very nice people, great location if you are by car and need to go to the airport. The owner offered to park the car in the garage. We enjoyed nice breakfast in the nice room and home made cake was excellent!

Really awful, Restaurant we waited for 40 mins before we got served a coffee and they said we could only have a chocolate croissant , they served over 10 people who came in after us before us. Terrible service

The hosts were a very nice and sweet couple. They helped us to get to the hotel and told us a bit about the city. The facility is located in the old part of Bitonto, which felt very cosy and gave a good Italian vibe. It was very clean and had a shared kitchen where guests can prep some food or have a coffee together. The hosts also gave us breakfast vouchers, which we could use in a place nearby.
