Family hotels and homes in Perca

Spacious room, clean and well maintained.

The room was a good size, modern, clean and well maintained. The staff are professional, friendly & very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the 5 course dinner is beyond expectations!

Modern styling, friendly staff and good food.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely balcony to relax on. The host was very kind and responsive, and even provided us with a fan when we mentioned the warm weather, which we really appreciated. The washing machine worked perfectly, and the location was convenient, only about a 7–8 minute drive from Brunico (Bruneck), making it a good base for exploring the area. The only downside was that the apartment does not have air conditioning, which made it quite warm during our stay in the summer. Also, while parking was available, our larger car couldn’t fit in the garage, so we had to park outside, which meant the car became very hot in the sunny weather. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a helpful host, and we would recommend it, especially outside the hottest months.

- The view is gorgeous - It’s possible to buy fresh milk/eggs/bread - Calm and cozy place - Good location

Everything was beyond expectations

Location is near Perca ski lift around 500 m, very clean and nice, we parked our car in the garage. Communication with host was easy and fast. Recommend for skiing on Kronplatz.

The flat is very clean and enough for family, the view very beautiful and the location, the staff lady in the reception very cooperative and professional. She gave two tickets for the transportation as free, I enjoyed there and I would back again.

It is considered one of the oldest hotels in the area and has hosted kings and several famous sports clubs. I stayed there for 4 nights in a deluxe room with a balcony, and the room size was excellent and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. There was no air conditioning, but my visit was in August 2025, and the evenings were cool. The hotel is conveniently located near Brunić, making it a suitable base for exploring northern Italy. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. My booking included breakfast, which was fresh and delicious, even though the options were almost the same daily; I didn’t get bored with it. The restaurant staff, especially the 2 mens, were very kind and helpful, and I want to thank them very much for their kindness.

The food, the staff, and the ambiance was dreamy. I live in America and can't wait to come back and bring my friends and family.

كل شيء جميل وفوق المتوقع انصح الجميع فيه اتعب وانا اقول جميل نظافة غرف واسعه اطلاله

The property exceeded our expectation. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities made it next level. The breakfast buffet each morning was phenomenal. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but if you have a car like we did there are many towns within a short drive. Would stay here again next time we head this way.

Everything was amazing. Location, staff , food and facilities. Special thanks to Mamdouh.

The hotel was in an amazing location as I was there to ski. They provided a shuttle to and from the ski lifts. The hotel provided lockers for skis and the area was well kept. The overall hotel was beautiful, clean, and everyone was polite. The bar was very nice and had amazing drinks. Breakfast options were great and next time, I will try the dinner. The view from my room balcony was amazing. The hotel also had different games for kids and adults throughout. This hotel is a must stay.

Grate Location. Nice place and very attentive staff. Excellent dinner restaurant menu.

The facilities at this hotel are incredible and the food in the restaurant is sensational, the staff were lovely and helped out with all our needs. We were staying at this hotel for our wedding and it was fantastic!

We stayed as a large group of several families and rented four apartments, and everything was simply perfect. The apartments were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with very comfortable beds. Some of the apartments also had a lovely and practical garden area. There was plenty of parking, a relaxing spa area, and a beautiful swimming pool within walking distance. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with quick and easy access to the highway. The owners were wonderful, friendly, and responsive to every request. Highly recommended, especially for families and large groups. We would be very happy to return!

Bike room, portable wash machine, restaurant and great staff

The location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience. We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything. We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us. Best hotel experience.

Our host Mrs Christine was very welcoming and kind. Everything was very clean. The location was a very good base for hiking near Cortina. It was a pleasure staying here.

Awesome staff, facilities and location. Very relaxed luxury in a traditional Tyrol-style hotel. Breakfast incredible, dinner good.
