You will find this modern, new, comfortable B&B in a very nice small Italian town. You could park directly next to the room for free. There is a small supermarket 30 meters away, very delicious and fresh breakfast at the local pastry shop. There is a very good Italian restaurant with seafood around the corner. Amazing bathroom and comfortable bed.

A huge and generous space to stay. Beautiful planting and garden area with a lovely pool area. Honestly could spend all day outside in the garden with plenty of areas to rest, read, sunbathe in complete privacy or to bbq for dinner. The outdoor dining space is very comfortable too. The indoors of the building is as spacious. So much room and very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small so could do with some extra storage space and counter top space but that's the only complaint we would have! Biagio is a great host and was very helpful to give us recommendations of where to go, where to visit. There is plenty to do in the local town but also it's quiet enough to get away from it all and be in complete tranquility. We would happily stay again ... indefinitely!

Beautiful and clean facility. Sufficient pool open all day. Very nice owner and staff. Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and to larger cities by car. The breakfast was very delicious! A large selection of cheeses, hams, scrambled eggs with bacon every day and great hot sandwiches. Plus various cakes and fruits. Nice owner served excellent coffee. During the day, you can use the open, well-equipped kitchen to prepare the food you need.
