The room was spacy. We can open 2 suitcases in the room. The room was clean, the bed were soft. The staff was very helpful and fiendly. There was share refridgerator and hot water to use. Have small kids corner which our kid likes it. The neighborhood was quiet but still conbini nearby within walk distance.

A very comfortable home with an amazing kitchen and very comfortable beds. The breakfast prepared for us was delicious and catered to my friend's gluten allergies.

Good location. There were a couple of train stations within a 20 minute walking distance, and multipleconveniencestores also within walking sidtanxe. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, traditional style home, spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic facilities. We stayed in Building C and it was well kept, clean, well stocked, and nicely laid out. Property is close to Lawson, 7-11, and Misakikoen train station.

Clean, perfect location, high tech system

Very near KIX international airport, location just walkable to the outlets and the seaside, the owner is very kind, house is old but clean and super comfortable for friends and family. We love about the atmosphere around the house. It is a single house and good view in front.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Our room had its own shower which was very nice. The beds and sheets were INCREDIBLY comfortable. Really great for the price, I only wish we could've stayed longer.

Excellent and easily accessible location. It is just opposite to Rinku-town train station. The hotel provides free shuttle bus tot Kansai airport. The supermarket, Family mart is located in the same building in the second floor and is open 24 hours. Clean and well arranged rooms. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. Breakfast is available on payment basis.

Good location, convenient store is just right next to the hotel, it is also good for traveller to buy stuff if forget bring something, or some easy food when arrive hotel at late night. The shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash are smells great and quality brand.

The best location if your flight ✈️ is near. The hotel has everything and outside 4 different restaurants. You must try Italian restaurant. And even they have small market. The stuff was really supportive and kind. Highly recommend the hotel

Amazing amenities. Room is a bit small compared to common American Hotels. But The hot spring baths were relaxing. It was amazing having these amenities in the same hotel.
