It was a very nice stay overall. The beds were comfortable. The house had many rooms. It was very clean and we appreciated the mid-week cleaning during our 4 day stay. The garden is very beautiful.

I only stayed here for one night as I needed to stay in a hotel in Kyoto for a long journey starting early. The hotel was very very clean and comfortable and the staff were polite. The hotel has on Onsen which I took advantage of and really enjoyed the hot bath. Convenience store nearby and room has kettle and fridge. Everything was great.

The owners are kind and helpful, they picked us up as my mother can only walk very slowly. They gave us tips on where to find cherry blosdoms and other things to do. Location is exceptional short walk to kyoto station, lots of resturants close by, public bath close by. The home is from the 1950's and it is charming. Loved it

I liked the close proximity to the train station, local grocery store and to Kyoto Brewery. The traditional Japanese interior was exactly what I was looking for and expected. We used all the appliances and they were all functioning well.

Nice cosy place to stay japanese style. Easy check in and check out. The location is quite central and many attractions can be reach within a few minutes by metro or by bus. The apartment is around 8 min walking distance from Kujo station, which is only 1 station away from Kyoto main station. Take note that the place is not at the reception building at the laundromat. You have to walk 4 minutes from there. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We left our luggage at the reception after checking out with no problem.
