At first I thought that it's a family run accommodation, but it's actually not. There are 2-3 people working at the reception. It's indeed a hotel! Breakfast: great coffee, food, service, environment Lunch: no lunch. I bet most people are at the ski Dinner: 3 options (chosen by the receptionist). All with beef as the main dish. Transportation: needed to schedule the shuttle every day, e.g., when to go to the ski, when to return, when to pick up from train station, when to depart, etc. Very close to the ski resort. Less than 15 minutes on foot. Two private and one public hot spring!!!! This is really my favourite part. Beautiful place! There's an area selling cup noodles, daily necessities, and souvenir. We live in a room for 4-5 people. spacious. large window. Beautiful view. Indoor clothing provided. Great renovation and decoration. Professional staff.

Amazing room and great location. We had the pleasure to try sulfur onsen and it was really great. Such a nice relaxing time in this hotel.

The design was very nice and cozy, place was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast served everyday and there was free shuttle service taking you to the breakfast and ski locations. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner Sano-San is very nice and involved and makes it a welcoming environment.

Rob and Ayami were great. They went out of the way to make sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and organized. Daily shuttle to and from the slopes was provided. Nice little pub serving pizza on the property. The breakfast was perfect. Heated floors in the rooms made it nice and cozy and the showers were top notch!
