I highly recommend Sri Sentosa Chalet in Kampung Mukut if you want a peaceful vacation away from the city. It's only 20 minutes walk to mejestic Asah waterfalls and 3 hours hiking/trekking to the mountain nearby the village. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, the location of my room is at the beachfront, the room and toilet are wide. I'm very comfortable and will definitely go back to this place👍👍👍😁😁😁

Rooms are very clean. Each room has a view of the cove. Wifi in the lobby/dining area was excellent. Fantastic staff! The beach offers easy access to the reef and snorkeling was possible for anyone of any skill level. If you enjoy nature, this is a great place to stay. There is abundant sea life (sea turtles, baby sharks, sting rays and lots of tropical fish species) and jungle inhabitants (monkeys, giant squirrels, lizards) etc.

The place is so nice. It is on a beautiful stretch of beach, very quiet and with almost no buildings. All houses look out to the sea and have verandas to chill on. There are many hammocks and beach beds also. For us it is all we need, it doesnt have to be fancy, everything is basic but what else do you need really? Also i had read a lot about sand flies being an issue but we were not bothered by them. Our kids played in the sand for 5 days and had zero bites. The sea is nice and shallow, the stars at night are amazing because all the lights are off, and we saw fireflies. Please don't change this place, it is perfect.

Beach shack was great in all ways! The staff is very nice, the location is perfect and on a beautiful beach. We loved our room which was more then enough space for two to sleep and we really enjoyed having a little front porch. Breakfast is a lovely bonus and a sizable coffee or tea included. Best place to stay in Juara, and you can even enjoy a lovely taxi ride through the jungle and ride in the bed of the truck to see all the views! The common space/deck is pretty big and a great spot for book reading on a hammock

Amazing place! Perhaps the best spot in Juara, cozy, managed by great people, with the right offer for additional activities. Thanks to them we managed to go on a jungle trekking experience and met Lan, an incredible guide and man who, while letting us discover the beauty of Tioman jungle allowed us to find out a lot about the Island’s culture, story and hidden secrets. Unforgettable experience!!
