My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.

Near Phuket Airport 2. Owner of the Villa easy to communicate with (she will give her response as soon as she can) 3. They can speak English language 4. Check in anytime, according to the availability of the rooms 5. Budget friendly, I stayed 1 week 6. Near to 7/11, Super Cheap Shop, street foods and Maikhao Beach (Airport Beach) 7. The restaurant!!!!!! don’t forget to order the seafood! Food are freshly cooked. Affordable and super delicious 8. Breakfaaaaaaaaaaast!!!!!! Don’t forget to inform them which breakfast you like for the next day, there’s a menu to choose 9. Assistance going to different places 10. Super clean 11. All the people who works in the Villa, special mention to Daddy, Mommy, Brother Pond, Jina and to all of you. I visited a lot of places and most of the time I used Booking.com but you guys are exceptional, I treated you as my own family because you all take care of me during my stay in Phuket, for sure I’ll come back 🥺 12. the pool temperature was pleasant and good. the staff are very attentive and friendly, and the receptionist (I forgot to ask her name) treated us very well and was very attentive to our stay there. I definitely recommend it, and I will stay longer next time!
