I had trouble receiving emails from the property management-Vacasa. I did receive a text the morning of our departure with the Kabata code for the door, that said an email would be sent with check in instructions. I had to call Vacasa several times for paperwork that I had not received that needed to be signed by a certain date, check in instructions, including the address and apartment number after we had landed in Destin, another phone call to get the code to the security gate to the parking lot, and another phone call to get check out instructions. All times the customer rep was very helpful, but it would have been nice to receive the necessary information by email prior to our arrival.
