The hotel was exceptional. The 3 bedroom appartment was great with more than enough room. There were 3 bathrooms with showers and each room had an AC in addition to the kitchen and sitting area.

New hotel, comfortable rooms and very supportive staff. The receptionist his name is Minh Quang supporting early check-in and very friendly. I'll be back here! The price is reasonable, the central location is convenient to travel and the staff is very good.

Warm, kind & welcoming Staff, from charming helpful receptionists to friendly cleaning crew. Very comfortable room, authentic location within a neighborhood offering good food options and walkable to more options within the core of the city. A nice pool and terrace for lounging and taking a breather from Aprils baking weather.

This was by far my favorite place I stayed at in Vietnam! Yennie was a phenomenal host - she was super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and a great guide on the activities I chose to do (home cooked meal, pottery tour and ceramics making and the bike ride around the island nearby). The decor was lovely and really so much attention to detail - the property is filled with ceramics collected over the years and lush plants. I loved the outdoor shower / bathroom. Def visit if you want to get a bit of the typical tourist track.

Very helpful and sympathic staff. Nice and clean typical wooden room. Decent breakfast. Good dinner at reasonable price. You can book some excursions (boat tour...) or borrow a bike to discover the area by your own. Last but not least : cool down at the swimming pool after a hot day!

Breakfast good and plentiful. We stayed for two weeks and they never served the same thing twice in a row. Items off menu for other meals were delicious. There are not a lot of eating options on the island but after two weeks we scoped out everything to be had. The location was lovely and the grounds were beautifully kept. The free bicycles were a bonus.

Our stay at Bình An Village was great! The staff was very nice and always made sure that we felt comfortable. They helped us with every question we had. The location itself and the room were lovely and we loved this little oasis. The food at the restaurant was delicious too. And what also was great: there was a SPA belonging to the rdsidence where I had the best massage I've ever had - highly recommended! The location was a little bit outside of the city center. Therefore, the neighbourhood was quiet and we git also bikes provided with which we could get easily around.

Thai 越南

The staff was very efficient and helpful. The bar upstairs was delightful, with cold Vietnamese craft beers which are excellent. The dessert is also exceptional.
