The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The hotel exceeded my expectations and was excellent in every way. The staff were great and able to help with specific requests that we had. The rooms were well equipped with quality linen and pillows. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and this was very welcome after our trip to Zermatt. We also enjoyed the access to the large and well-fitted sauna. The shuttle from the train station was on time and they delivered our luggage back to the station when we departed.

We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.
