He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had a great time. Our stay at La Mer 1 was absolutely perfect — we loved every moment of it.

A designated place for coffee, tee etc, you can sit and relax also. Check-in was well organized because we arrived late in the evening, just had to look for the room number and the key was already there. Really happy.
