Very attentive and caring staff when we were checking out we felt as we are leaving a family, the ppl working there are the essence of this hotel, the concierge team and front desk are amazing the service is fast and they are all considerate, we tried the devarana spa and had a massage ot was really good, breakfast is really good luck, rooms are great spacious and clean, the amenities perfect, the food and beverage, we loved our stay there

I really like this hotel! The location is excellent. Another thing I would like to mention, as a person who had back surgery before, it is very important to have a bed that is supportive, somewhat firm yet soft and comfy on its cover. The bed in this hotel really meets my expectation even beyond wat I have in mind. It's just an extra information to whoever seeking the right bed for their trip in Nara!
