We asked for a little something for our daughter, who was celebrating her birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a nice note with sweets and a souvenir. Our daughter was delighted by the attention.

Great location, just 5-10 min walk from namba station and 10-15 min walk from dotonburi. The greatest breakfast variety I’ve ever seen in a hotel (japanese, thai, chinese, as well as intercontinental options). The homemade tofu is to die for, so so soft. Their luggage delivery service is fast (we checked our bags on a Monday and they arrived on Thursday without delay. All the other hotels delivery services we used took 2 days). Rooms are very spacious considering the Japanese standards, and have a floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. Staff is friendly, we were even able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk on a rainy day

We all loved how the whole hotel had tatami flooring, it was very soft to walk on. The beds were very comfortable. The hair care products in the showers were very nice as well, I wish I could buy them. The private baths were incredible. They’re first come first serve but I never had to wait long to get into one. Also the staff was always so friendly, helpful, and nice.

Iroha Grand Hotel Kintetsu Nara Ekimae menawarkan akomodasi bintang 4, terletak di Nara, 18 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Kereta Nara dan 19 km dari Iwafune Shrine. Iroha hotel is so clean, providing good service during my business trip. I cannot complain about anything!
