Very nice hotel in central Kyoto. The hotel is not far from the tube station. 10 minutes by train to go to the main train station in Kyoto. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfy. Breakfast is really good with many products to choose from, for all tastes. The price is quite reasonable considering the high standard of the hotel. Definitely recommend it for a nice stay in Kyoto.

Really good value. Good location, clean rooms and the lounge was so cosy with pastries and hot drinks 24/7. Staff were helpful.

I stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a small kitchen with all the utensils you need for cooking. The hotel staff were amazing—they can speak many languages (French, English, Spanish, and of course Japanese), which is very helpful if you don’t speak Japanese. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and supermarkets. The only small downside was the breakfast availability, which wasn’t always clear, so it’s good to check the schedule. But it’s not a big issue since there are plenty of places nearby to grab breakfast. Overall, a very nice hotel. Perfect for people who only speak English and know little or no Japanese. I would definitely stay here again.

I slept so well in the room as it is very quiet. If you love Thai massage this hotel will be a plus as they have a Thai spa. Restaurants provide both Japanese & Thai food (and very good). Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.
