The high quality of services and attention to details remains. the staff is amazing , the rooms are comfortable and immaculate , last time staying here everything was simple but basic and now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Under Volcanoes View in Rwanda ! Other thing to highlight is how amazing is the manager Michael , he is always ready to help you from the time you book until the check out time and it does not end there but he keep following up to make sure that everything went well either on your staying as well as after the staying i would definitely give this place 5 stars and i will come back again and again

We had an amazing experience at Sambora - excellent staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, very cosy room with open fire lit every night, and 10/10 breakfast and dining options. Highly recommended!

The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.
