Amazing location, awesome service, great pool and spa. They upgraded one of our rooms and ensured they were connected (without requesting). The staff, front desk, bellman - were all fantastic!!!

Looking back upon a 100 year-long tradition in hospitality the historical Grandhotel Stary Smokovec in the centre of the High Tatras, only 3 minutes from the departure station of the Hrebienok cable... Perfect location in Vysoky Tatry, great room, friendly reseption which allowed me to continue in same room for second night, which was paid for lower tariff for smaller room. SPA and sauna - well organized and included in price of stay
