Parking is reserved and secure inn the underground car park. Access to the apartment is via your on personal lift or stairs. The view from the penthouse over Warrington is excellent. All home comforts and a friendly owner makes this a pleasure to stay in.

It’s always clean and the bathrooms are spotless and the showers are powerful and modern. beds comfy.

The breakfast was exceptional with the eggs cooked to perfection alongside superb sausage and bacon. Garry even offered me a lift to Manchester Airport to catch my flight home on Saturday morning. Room was superb and great value for money Food was excellent with a good choice , cooked by a enthusiastic happy chef ! But the biggest factor is the staff , Every member of staff that I met was so friendly and genuine with it ! Which is so rare these days.
