Amazing hotel, the property is new with great interior. Staff is welcoming, breakfast is delicious and various. Definitely my go to hotel when I will come back to Narcissus In sha Allah. I have been to many countries, but this hotel is one of the best so far.

Loved everything. I threw a private party there, Mr Iteb from the F&B was great, professional and very cooperative and made sure everything was easy for me, he cared about customer satisfaction, he surely deserves a bonus. As well as, Mr Mohammed Eid was very hard working, made sure up was to standard and perfectly suits the ritz Carlton culture, he’s amazing and deserves a bonus too. Miss Samar also was perfect, she went far and beyond she deserves to be the best employee of the year at the Ritz. Her service was perfect, fast and something I’ve never experienced in any other ritz hotels in Europe and she treated my party like it was hers. Thanks a lot to the great team at the F&B.

This is truly the best hotel in Riyadh and my absolute favorite. The service is exceptional, the staff are incredibly kind, and every interaction feels warm and genuine. The overall ambiance and attention to detail make the stay unforgettable.
