Everything, the whole hotel was amazing. Reception staff were 10/10, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment staff, were just fabulous. Everywhere was always clean, and tidy, restaurants and bar staff were amazing and the pattiserie was too die for. So many little extras that made the holiday.
