Pretty much everything. Service, food, layout, cleanliness, entertainment. It wasn’t crowded, no lines for food and drinks. Abundance of available lounge chairs and beach towels at the pool and beach at any time of the day

Everything. I had an incredible stay at Voyage Sorgun Resort. The resort is absolutely amazing — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by natural beauty. The food and beverages were consistently excellent, with a wide variety and high quality. What really stood out was the service — always fast, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the Sherbet Assistant and Shaiyr Assistant who were always there to help with a smile and went above and beyond throughout my stay. Huge appreciation as well to Erul, who quickly and efficiently solved an A/C issue — very professional. At the restaurant, Deniz and Imran provided top-notch service that made each meal even more enjoyable. Overall, I truly appreciate the high standards and quick response from all the staff. Voyage Sorgun exceeded my expectations in every way — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very specious apartment, cleaned every day, although not new. The pillows can be refreshed - I recommend new ones. Good food and a lot of variety. Beach in the hotel area. You can use facilities from 3 neighbouring hotels: Salin, Fulya and Aishen K Club. I was there in November where they were closing a lot of facilities but for me there were not needed. I recommend icecream from the cafe in Salin hotel:)

There was a mix up in booking and we were moved to selin hotel. We were absolutely not happy with the room, it had a tiny window and no balcony to dry anything. The room was small and cramped for 3 people and not what we booked. That being said, everything else was fantastic. The hotel shares the grounds and services with 2 other hotels so 3 in total. Each hotel has their own facilities but of course you can use any of the hotels bars, pools, playground etc but you cannot use the main buffet restaurant in other hotels. The bars were great and it was fantastic having all inclusive not having to worry about finding payment methods each time. The restaurants we used was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the BBQ snack bar on the beach. The buffet was also great the 3 nights we dined there. Table service for drinks and staff on hand. Kids entertainment is fantastic, there are lots of playgrounds and toddler swimming pools. Cafes, ice creams etc the beach was great and we booked a cabana which I highly recommend. Overall we would return but not in the same room.. The team really do try their best despite customers being rude to them which I saw often. Not very nice to treat staff rudely when ordering drinks or food. They still remained professional. Well done.
