The 5-star Hotel Amigo boasts elegant rooms with designer features, on the corner of Grand Place. - the room was tidy - bathroom was ok - location is excellent - room service is great - staff overall are professional - concierge staff were very helpful - had a problem before checking out the safe stopped working after informing the front office about my issue all they needed is 5 minutes and the technician was there and solved the problem Such excellence is a trademark of Rocco forte collection

Visiting with friends and family for Xmas market. On check in our room was upgraded to an executive room upon check in. Lovely spacious room with everything we needed during our stay. Can't rate food as didn't eat at hotel as spent all our time in city . Staff very friendly and helpful . Room cleaned and serviced every day and water coffee pods etc refreshed. It was in a nice quiet safe area.. Not in centre if city but easily walkable to Xmas market etc. Would use again
