I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The hotel is very cozy, with a designer's touch in every aspect of its interior. It feels warm and welcoming, offering good food and exceptionally professional, friendly staff. They even adjusted the breakfast time half an hour earlier to accommodate our early departure.

El Hotel Borovets Hills Ski & Spa está situado en una zona tranquila y elevada de Borovets, a 2 minutos a pie de las pistas de esquí de Yastrebets. It is very beautiful hotel in the middle of the woods, but, still you are near the slopes (7 minutes walking in your ski shoes) and you don't have to wait the lines to catch the gondola. Also they pay so much attention on cleanliness, and it's very clean everywhere. It has very well equiped kids room. If you want calm and quiet vacation, it is a right choise for you.

El Festa Winter Palace es un hotel lujoso de 5 estrellas que tiene una pileta cubierta y está situado en Borovets, a los pies de la montaña Rila, a solo 100 metros de las pistas de esquí y del... Muy acogedor. Una estética muy interesante. El personal muy agradable y servicial
