AKHNATON Pyramids View Hotel With Rooftop Access & free airport pickup in Cairo has 5-star accommodation with a garden and a bar. The staff was so kind and helpful. Receptionist Michael was super helpful and took care of us for everything we needed. At the morning shift, the two receptionists (women) are also helpful and kind. The room was super comfortable, the bed, the temperature, the pyramids view.

Thanks a lot to Mr shereef in the reception, he was so kind, helpful and always smiling which made him very different from his other colleges who were professional but not kind as he was. Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop was excellent. The hotel location is very good, and the staff are very friendly and kind, especially Ms. Sherihan, who was extremely kind and always helped us with anything we asked for.
