Receptionist Michael was super helpful and took care of us for everything we needed. At the morning shift, the two receptionists (women) are also helpful and kind. The room was super comfortable, the bed, the temperature, the pyramids view.

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Thanks a lot to Mr shereef in the reception, he was so kind, helpful and always smiling which made him very different from his other colleges who were professional but not kind as he was. Also I would like to mention the kind Mrs Asma who is the door lady for her helpfulness and kindness and she was always smiling.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

The hotel location is very good, and the staff are very friendly and kind, especially Ms. Sherihan, who was extremely kind and always helped us with anything we asked for.
