The customer service from arrival to departure was top notch. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable and included our favorite Apivita bath products. The breakfast was delicious and beach service very convenient. The staff were the most lovely and attentive you might ever have the pleasure of meeting . It was all perfect, the room was very modern decorated, comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly especially at the front desk Maria, she was one of the best staff we have ever met with her attitude, offering places to go according our needs, making necessary reservations, she helped us in every aspect during our stay. Exceptional hotel with amazing service and staff, the food was Michelin star quality, the rooms were of good size with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in my life. Sunbeds were also very comfortable. Location is right in the center. I highly recommend this hotel.
