Beautiful and memorable resort and swimming pool water is almost like fresh water with no chlorine. Bed is comfortable. We dine at Hara for breakfast, dinner and the foods are delicious. Walk a bit further to the snorkelling spots and you can hand feed the endangered bird species. Snorkelling spots are frequented by lots of beautiful reef fishes and baby sharks.

It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

We really love the hotel. all the staff is vwry kind and helpful especially the pool staff named mas Sugeng was super nice and friendly, he really took good care of us whenever we were at the pool

Set in Palembang and with Ampera Bridge reachable within 7.6 km, The Excelton Hotel offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

Centrally located, JW Marriott Hotel Medan offers accommodation with 55-inch LED TVs. It features an outdoor infinity pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a spa and 6 dining options. As a former manager in four and five star hotels details mean a lot to me. Apparently they also mean a lot at the JW Marriott as attention to detail was noticeable throughout the property. The entire front service staff was gracious and welcoming. The Bellman were always present at the curbside, greeting customers and promptly and efficiently handling luggage. I never had to open the door when going in and out as staff was always present to do so. The front office staff was prompt and efficient and made me feel like a welcome guest. We dined at the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as prime steakhouse. Staff was cordial, attentive, and professional. Buffets were abundant and well maintained. Food was attractively presented, fresh, and delicious. I was also impressed with the high level of cleanliness, and the overall excellence of the housekeeping staff. Public areas were consistently well maintained and spotless, as was our guest room, which had a large variety of amenities. The fitness center featured over 20 new Life Fitness machines. They included aerobic and weightlifting machines. There were also free weights and a stairmaster. Every machine had a bottle of water. There was also a dispenser of cucumber water.I was also presented with a bottle of water and a towel upon entering. There was also an outdoor swimming pool sauna and steam room. They might be more expensive than other hotels however, completely worth it. I will stay in no other place in Medan now that I’ve been spoiled by the JW Marriott.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, and we had great food and ambiance while experiencing our last breakfasting at Nadi Coffee & Eatery👍 I also like the Lobby's atmosphere and also the interior design of the rooms.
