Very comfortable bed! Everything was wonderful. Big, fluffy towels and great bathroom. Excellent service, wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff parked our car and brought all of our many suitcases up to the room. Front desk was very helpful with suggestions of what to see and how to get around. Very spacious room with nice big windows.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The general atmosphere is very pleasant and a little bit artsy, the location is superb. This may be rated 5 stars. I was driving on to The Carlton in Cannes (I broke the drive from Milan with this stay), and for sure The Carlton is a true 5 star - this one more like 4 or 4+. But within that context, one of the very best I've ever stayed at. Will return for sure.

Grand Hotel Miramare overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio at Santa Margherita Ligure. The tropical garden has a sun terrace and a saltwater swimming pool. The Miramare offers free WiFi. Everything- location, views, staff, food. It was perfection!
